Two engineered platforms — LHD and TS — each configurable across activation point, jacket system, form factor and packaging.
Fixed-temperature LHD for fire protection, tunnels, data centers, warehouses, cable galleries. Short-circuits when any point along the run reaches the activation temperature.
Jump to LHD Datasheet ↓Slim thermosensitive cable for in-device integration: EV battery packs, motors, transformers, power adapters, compressors, small appliances.
Jump to TS Datasheet ↓The LHD platform is a fixed-temperature linear heat detector. Its thermosensitive insulation collapses at the designed activation point, short-circuiting the two inner conductors and giving your addressable fire panel a clean, unambiguous trigger — anywhere along the cable run.
It is the cable we most often recommend for cable trays, road and rail tunnels, floating-roof tank rims, warehouse racking, cable galleries and data-center under-floors: any environment where point detectors are too sparse or the ceiling is simply not there.

Any activation point from 68°C to 200°C. Tolerance band tightened on request — down to ±5°C for high-reliability projects.
PVC, LSZH, silicone, XLPE and fluoropolymer jackets. We help select against ambient temperature, chemical exposure and smoke-toxicity codes.
Custom diameter, spool length, labeling and packaging. We match your assembly-line receiving spec, not the other way around.
The TS platform is designed for in-device integration: a thin, flexible thermosensitive cable that lives inside the product you build. It senses an over-temperature event in the immediate vicinity of the thermal risk — a motor winding, a battery cell, a transformer core — and cuts the control loop before insulation damage occurs.
Unlike NTC thermistors or thermocouples, TS is itself the trigger element. It is the entire sensing path in one part — which is why OEMs choose it for compact, cost-sensitive and safety-critical designs.
| Activation Point | Custom (typical range 75 – 180°C) |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | Standard ±10°C · Tight band ±5°C on request |
| Cable Diameter | Multiple slim profiles available |
| Cut Length | Cut-to-length, spool or bulk reel |
| Jacket Color | Red (std) · Blue · Custom |
| Jacket Material | PVC / LSZH / Silicone — selected against application |
| Compliance | RoHS · CE · UL-grade compound available |
| Packaging | Spool / coil / custom labeled reels |
TV power boards, high-wattage motors, EV battery packs and BMS, transformer windings, refrigerator compressors, power adapters, induction cooker coils, e-bike battery protection, small-appliance over-temperature cut-off.
Midea and several other Chinese consumer-electronics OEMs specify our TS cable inside their overheat-protection modules — shipped under their internal approved-vendor list with per-batch test reports.
Request TS Sample →Both LHD and TS platforms can be built with or without a metallic inner conductor. Here is how to decide.
Metal-core (standard): twin copper or nickel-plated conductors for low-resistance signal transmission to the panel — the default for LHD loops. Non-metal core: purpose-built for specific detection topologies where metallic conduction is undesirable — specified on a case-by-case basis.
Every spool is vacuum-wrapped on a wooden or plastic drum and palletized to ASTM/ISPM-15 standards. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP to 50+ countries with full customs documentation prepared by our export team.
Send us the activation temperature, jacket requirement and quantity. We'll reply with a draft spec sheet and ship an evaluation sample (subject to project scope, freight at requester's cost).
