The questions that come up most often when a new project first contacts our desk.

How long does a first sample take?
For a standard activation point on our LHD or TS platform, sample lead time is typically 3–5 working days; custom activation points require a short tuning run and longer lead time, confirmed per inquiry. Evaluation samples are available for qualified projects; express freight is covered by the customer.

What is the MOQ for a production order?
For LHD cables we ask for 100 rolls (50 m each, i.e. 5 km total) as a production MOQ. For TS cables the MOQ is set by length — typically 5 km of a given configuration. Smaller pilot runs are possible for OEMs with a production commitment.

Production lead time?
Standard configurations ship in 5–7 working days from approved PO. Custom activation points, jacket colors or non-standard spool lengths extend to 10–15 working days. Urgent replacement orders for fire-system maintenance can be reviewed case by case.

Do your LHD cables work with my fire panel?
Our LHD is a dry-contact short-circuit device — compatible with any addressable or conventional panel that accepts a two-wire LHD loop. Tell us the panel model and we will confirm end-of-line resistor requirements before you order.

OEM branding — jacket print, labeling, packaging?
Full OEM supported. We can print your part number on the jacket, pack under your label, apply your batch-code format and ship in your preferred carton layout. A one-time tooling fee applies for jacket-print customization.

Do you supply test reports and compliance documentation?
Yes. Shipments include a per-batch inspection report (9 QC parameters) on request at PO confirmation, plus RoHS and CE declarations on file. Project-specific type-test reports can be arranged for customers requiring localized fire-code certification.
